Goal #1 - Lose 30 pounds - Well, I gained 1.8 pounds this week and weighed in at 307.4. I could sit around and wallow in my sorrows, but I refuse to do that. In the big scheme of things, I've still lost 28 pounds. That's no number to laugh it!
Goal #2 - Read more to the kiddos - We only got in 3 days with all the activities we've been doing this week.
Goal #3 - Exercise at least 4 days for 20 minutes - I've fallen off the wagon for the past couple of weeks with this goal. I'm proud to say that I've kicked my butt into high gear and have exercised 4 days for at least 35 minutes.

Hang in there! I hope next week is better for you! *HUGS*
Get a grip on that eating and lose that weight! Yes, you've lost some and that's great but you have a long way to go, you can do it!!
Sorry you are struggling right now but you are right to focus on the great progress you have already made.
28 lbs is certainly nothing to sneeze at and you can lose that other 2 soon as well!
It is SOOOOOOO hard dealing with holidays with the Others.
This is our year to have Step-Daughter (which is nice) but her mother doesn't always make it agreeable, if you know what I mean!
The holidays do get crazy stressful- but remember the day when you totally owned that brown bag??!?! That was awesome- and YOU did that! The exercise is awesome- I need to kick it into gear in that dept.. as soon as I can without losing a lung, LOL!
Between the apron and the new baking goodies- I'm coming to Christmas at YOUR house :P
You can do it! There are 2 weeks left to finish up the year strong!
You are doing fabulous!!
And I have that same spoon, only in orange and it's my favorite utensil in the whole kitchen.
Keep at it...Just one pound at a time. I keep reminding myself...this is a lifestyle not a race. Keep focused and you will get there!!!
OK repeat..I will lose weight this week. I will lose weight this week. You can do it, holidays or not! Don't let stress sabotage you.
Wow! 2 more pounds to go and you got in all that exercise!! Yay!! :D
Do you need a pep talk too? :-)
Forgive yourself and do just what you told me.
I read an awesome quote on "the world according to eggface"
"remember what you want most, not what you want that moment"
And keep getting back up and fighting some more.
It's not how many times you get knocked down, but how many times you get back up (I don't know who to credit for that one.)
Fight on!
