Hot 100 Update Week 10

Thank goodness it is Friday!  This week has had alot of up and down moments and I hate to say that it's effected some of my goals.

Goal 1 - Lose 20 pounds - This morning I was pleasantly surprised with 312.6 staring up at me; which is a 2.2 lose from last week.  Total lost 22.8 pounds.  I'm going to change this goal to lose 30 pounds.  It can be done in the next 4 weeks!

Goal 2 - Read more to the kiddos - We read a book every single day this week.  I received a call from oldest's teacher earlier this week about him needing some extra help with reading.  He just isn't confident and doesn't want to say the wrong thing.  He is getting a double dose of help with tutoring at school and more one on one reading time at home with me.

Goal 3 - Exercise 20 minutes for at least 4 days - A big NOPE on this one.  I got in one stupid day.  I know I can do better!  This is the goal I will be focusing on this week.  I'm in the process of trying to find a bike that won't collapse when I sit on it.  Or one that won't hurt my ass for 5 days after I ride.  Here is one option:

I know you are jealous of my awesome pink helmet!

You totally ROCK that bike! We need to get you some leather chaps to go with it and you'll be all set! I've gone from being in a really pissy mood to being happy, now - thanks to that photo :)

I think my hubby would love if I got some leather chaps. Think we can find some pink ones? Because you know you aren't a pimp unless you coordinate!

Glad the photo made you smile. :)

That bike is cute but I think you may get leg cramps.
It's awesome that you are so on target for your goal that you have decided to up the ante. Sometimes at the beginning when we set our goals we sell ourselves short. Keep it up sister.

Oh and because you called me sexy, that makes you my new BFF.

You're an inspiration. Love the bike, love the helmet. And love that you are upping your goal of weight loss. Amazing results you're getting because you're doing the work.

Love the bike! Why should grown up bikes be so serious, anyways? Everything's better with streamers and sparkles. ;)

FANTASTIC job smashing through your weight goal! Way to up the bar!

Aww love that weight loss and the helmet! As for your son, just keep doing what you're doing and encourage him to read to you too. My 8 year old grandson bought a Nook with his birthday money (of course reading teacher DD must have influenced him some haha). Last year he wanted a punching bag which I bought him heehee. Isn't it great to lose weight? A high for sure!!!

Your goal #3 was my goal this last year. I bought a treadmil and I do it religiously every morning now for just 20 minutes! I barely sweat!! so I am not even sure I get weight watcher activity points for it, but looking at the journal it is amazing the number of calories I have burned this year and how many miles I have logged!!!

20 minutes is a good number!!!
