Lack of judgement
It's Sunday night and I'm sitting here thinking about every single morsel of food that was consumed this weekend. The food I ate seems pointless now because I'm feeling sluggish, weak, bloated, and just plain horrible! I may have partied too much while celebrating my 30 pounds down. I'm swimming in calories, fat, carbs, and just plain grossness. It's like a went crazy in a very bad way and now I'm huddled in a corner rocking back and forth.
I'm afraid that I totally ruined my weigh in. This week I'm going to refocus and buckle down. Back in the saddle, yet again!

Every road has its curves and bumps..some you hit and some you miss but you still need to go down the road to get to your destination. You will be fine!
Good luck. I did the same thing last week for five days straight. Just remember, you can always make a U-turn!
I did that weekend before last and felt physically/emotionally awful.. the only thing to do is get right back on track and use it as a learning tool. Sometimes that gross feeling is a needed reminder for WHY we do this and why we have to KEEP doing this, even at goal- because we want to feel better!! Let it go, move on, and have a better week!
No fetal position allowed!!!! Pull your shit together-you have not ruined anything! Jennifer is right, you can always turn it around until you stop breathing. Another week to look forward to...go get 'em!

The absolute hardest thing is to get back in the saddle, and not get into That Cycle ("I screwed up so bad yesterday I might as well do it today too!"). I did that last week. :( Good luck and stay strong- what you did yesterday never matters as much as what you do today!
We all must have a contagious bug or something because I think more of us struggled than kept on plan. NO MATTER, though! Tomorrow is the beginning of a new week and you never know what this week will bring, right? Good luck tomorrow - fingers crossed!
We have all been there. Just pick yourself up and get back at it!
Just get back on that wagon and ride lady! Everyone fucks up now and again, whats important is to not allow it to continue. Try try again!
You can do it! We all have our ups and downs, if we didn't life would be no fun.
Glad that you're going to buckle down right away. It happens, but when we (me) let it go on and on ... that's where we really fail. It does make you think though, doesn't it? Why, why, why -- when it makes me feel so yucky? How many times do I have to learn this lesson? (speaking to myself, of course). It's not how many times we fall that matters, it's what we learn from it that does. ((hugs))
Yes, yes, what everyone else said about getting back on track, but let me just say I LOVE that photo. It is absolutely one of those pictures that sums it all up the way words never could.
