Honey-Mustard Pork Chops
Found in Jan/Feb 2011 Weight Watchers magazine
4 teaspoons honey
1 tsp apple-cider vinegar or white-wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4 (5 oz) pork chops
- To make marinade, whisk mustard, honey, vinegar, and pepper.
- Transfer marinade to large ziplock bag; add pork. Chill, turning bag occasionally, at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Spray broiler rack with nonstick spray. Preheat broiler.
- Remove chops from bag; discard marinade. Place chops on broiler rack and broil 5 inches from heat until browned and cooked through, about 6 minutes per side.

***Instead of using a broiler pan, I cooked the pork chops in a skillet with the marinade. I also used sugar free honey and regular vinegar.***

looks good! I made stir fry tonight, tons of veggies and garlic, now my whole house smells!
I've tried a recipe similiar to this one and they were sooooo good! I need to make them again soon. :)

That looks yummy!!! I'm not much of a pork chop person either, not sure why. Just never make them. I'm a chicken and steak (very occasionally now) person! Kudos to you for trying something new!!
Sounds good!
I used the marinade Sunday night with Chicken Breasts instead and it was surprisingly pretty good. The family liked it. lol
