The unmentionables

I'm warning you in advance.  The image that is posted toward the bottom of this post is disturbing (and severely embarrassing).  If you are into that sort of thing then you need help then go ahead and look, but don't say that I didn't warn you.

Today I went through my unmentionables and decided that I needed a change.  The fat, bloated, granny panties just aren't doing it for me anymore.  I've put this off as much as I could (just like all my other clothes shopping) because who really likes to shop for big girl underwear?

Side Note:  I worked for Lane Bryant way back when.  They will take back, no questions asked, USED thongs.  No joke!  So, please wash all underwear before you wear them.  Still gives me the heebie jeebies thinking about that pair of stained thongs.  And I will spare you the description of the smell.

Anyway, I received a gift card to a well known big girl store and was ready to shop.  I have to prepare myself for these types of things you know.  I looked for jeans, shirts, and unmentionables in a smaller size.  Every shirt or pair of pants that I looked at had nothing in my current size.  Ironically, they had the larger size that I'm trying to get rid of.  I ended up purchasing only 2 pairs of undies; that stuff is expensive!

When I get home, I take out my granny panties and compare.  This is what I see.

I'm speechless and beyond embarrassed.  That's a whole lotta fabric!  But more importantly, that's a whole lotta ass!

And a much smaller ass now. Good for you. I was really ewwww about the LB information. Thanks for the warning. I think it's against health regulations to take that kind of stuff back here in Canada. But who knows, maybe they turn a blind eye.

Funny!!! No clothes in your size though- that's BAD. My closet is pretty bare too- I am waiting for spring though but a new purse is in my future soon. I love purses- must be because one size fits all.

I agree with the person above me. That's a whole lot of ass GONE for good! I'm so proud of you! Oh, and the Lane Bryant thing just totally freaked me out. ACK!

You know what..when you cant find stuff in your size, to me it means you're in a more "average" size-range. Cuz everyone's buying it up! At least thats what I tell myself when it happens to me :-)
Thats a HUGE diff in the panty-size there lady! Be proud of that shrinking bootie!

I know how you feel. The first time I bought new panties I kept looking at them and thinking they were sooooo small. It was weird. Enjoy the new ass! I kinda wish I'd kept a pair of my old ones now. Ha ha.

Nice going - that's a lot less ass you're dragging around. And actually, that image wasn't so disturbing...it was inspiring.

I was having a similar thought when I started going through my clothes last night - although I confess I like the COMFORT factor of grannie panties -- I had to buy more in prep for the c-section I had having Baby Girl...

But yeah, the bikini style ones I wear most of the time now are much smaller than the grannie ones!
